HOW TO GET TO OUR OFFICES? |

If you are coming on the N-340 or AP-7, you need to carry on straight to Plaza de la Constitución, then take the 3rd exit (where the city hall is located). From there, take Av. José Antonio to its very last roundabout. Here you will find yourselves opposite the Tourism Office, on its right the Old quarter and on its left Avenida Papa Luna. Our offices are at number 11 on Avenida Papa Luna between the hotels Papa Luna and Hostería del Mar. You need to look for the highest building called Edificio Torre Hirta and ALTUBEL is on the ground floor of this building. If you are using a GPS, you might be misdirected since there is an error when our address ‘Av. Papa Luna, 11’ is entered as there is an exact same address in the neighbouring town of Benicarló. TIMES OF ENTRY AND DEPARTURE OF THE APARTMENTS |

You may arrive at the apartment from 17h00 on the first day of your reservation. However, if the apartment is in a ready state to receive you before this time, our company has no problem in giving you the keys earlier. If this is your case, we ask to be advised of your arrival time at least a day earlier. You will be asked for I.D or a driver’s licence when collecting the keys. You must leave the apartment at 10:00 on the last day of your reservation, and hand in the keys to our offices or the letter box of the building you are staying in.

CLEANING THE APARTMENT |

The apartment is cleaned before and after each stay. We aim to have the apartment at its cleanest on your arrival. Since we have little time to clean in between clients’ stay, we ask you to leave it in the best possible state. |

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT? |
 |

In theory there is no need for a deposit. However Altubel reserves the right to ask for an amount as a way of deposit which will be returned to the client once the apartment has been assessed for damage. |

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION? |
 |

Once Altubel has confirmed the availability of your chosen apartment, you will need to send us your details. We will in turn send the instructions of how to make the necessary payment which will be understood to be a confirmation of your reservation. Once this payment has been made, you will be sent a receipt which needs to be presented to us on your arrival. |

REPARATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APARTMENT |

If you notice a malfunction or abnormality in the apartment’s installations, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible so as to repair it in the shortest time possible. If you are unsure of how an electric home appliance works, let us know and we will send someone to explain it to you. Please bear in mind that the fridges do take time to reach their cool temperature. If you run out of gas, you can either bring the empty gas bottle to our office or notify us by phone. Please take extra care to close the gas taps properly when leaving the apartment. Please be reminded that the washing machine door has a lock that will release only shortly after the cycle is over.
